Your Zillow estimate may be missing a pretty important number: What homes actually sold for.

Wyoming is a non-disclosure state, which means public platforms like Zillow don’t have access to all of the sold-price information that goes into understanding your local real estate market. A nearby home may have been listed at $400,000, but that doesn’t necessarily mean it sold for $400,000.
