Most people moving to Cheyenne, Wyoming and not sure where to start? I got you!

Here's a few options to start:

Whitney Ranch: if you want new construction, sidewalks, a small park for kids to play at, close to Dildine Elementary and Dell Range.

Downtown Cheyenne/ The Avenues: if you want a historical home, neighborhood with tree lined streets. To be 3 minutes from downtown or Lions Park.

Ranchettes: if you want to live on 2-5 acres and still be 15 minutes to downtown.

Nobody sorts this out from listing photos. You sort it out by driving the neighborhoods on a Saturday morning.

Highly underrated thing to do in Cheyenne, Wyoming = grab a coffee and go walk around downtown. Maybe even walk farther and go look at some pretty homes on Capitol or Carey.

Historical downtown Cheyenne, has many fun thing to look at. We have boots, murals, the architecture of the old buildings etc.

Slow down for the homes with stain glass.

Give it 10 minutes and you’ll have picked a favorite. Everyone does.

This is the kind of morning nobody tells you about until you live here.

Some homes photograph well. This one actually lives well, and that’s the harder thing to find in Cheyenne, Wyoming.

Here’s how a day in it goes:

Coffee at the kitchen island while the light comes through oversized windows.

Cooking in a kitchen built for real use, with enough space to be cooking dinner and your kids in and out of the kitchen grabbing snacks as they do 🤣

Late afternoon hanging in the basement and easily walkout to the backyard during BBQ night.

2 minute walk from the park.

Ending the night in a primary suite that feels like its own wing of the house

Cheyenne has a variety of Houses.

The Aveues: the homes still have their original detail, close to Lions Park and Dell Range shopping.

The Ranchettes: close in rural where the lots run 2-10 acres and the driveways disappear into the dit roads.

Whitney Ranch: where the new construction builds are with parks and sidewalks!

The homes here were built for people who cared, and most of them have been kept that way.

If you're considering a move to Cheyenne, Wyoming the houses are the part nobody prepares you for.
