Start with coffee at Boardroom in downtown, then get to head out to Curt Gowdy for a bit. If you prefer to stay in town walk the greenway! before the rest of Cheyenne does. Lunch somewhere at any of these locations: 2 Doors Down, The Office, or RailSpur. 
Spend the afternoon shopping and walking downtown. Or bounce into the Botancial Gardens for a bit.

dinner at Bunkhouse, The Metropolitan, Hathaway’s, or Little Bear. You pick!

That is a normal weekend here, not a special occasion.

The part people do not expect is the math around it. Cheyenne is about 45 minutes from Fort Collins and 1.5 minutes from Denver International.

Underrated usually just means nobody has told you yet.
