Some lender news here for you 💵

Markets remain unchanged this week, unfortunately the same can’t be said for the stock market. So far in 2026 projections are positive as properties sold above list price are at 16% unchanged from 2025 and Cancellations are unchanged as well at 5%. With an average of 2.2 offers per home. Interesting numbers to consider heading into February.
What are your thoughts? Will the market hold its current level?

From Happy Friday, strong finish at the end of the week for bonds after Trump announced plans for a $200 billion mortgage bond purchase. With the goal of making the American dream possible again by directly impacting rates. A small drop in a giant bucket, but it’s a start. It could be the beginning of a snowball effect taking place. However for now buyers can enjoy a nice drop in the cost of their mortgage.
