One of the greatest gifts this career has given me isn't just helping people buy and sell homes—it's the incredible people I've met along the way.
Today's spotlight is Stacie Linger with First Tier Bank.
I've known Stacie for years, but in 2022 she helped Troy and me purchase our very first flip property. Since then, she's helped us finance additional investment properties while opening our eyes to financing strategies we never knew existed.
One story says it all. Longtime clients of mine wanted to open their own medical practice and came to me looking for a place to lease. I encouraged them to have one conversation with Stacie. Less than 30 days later, they closed on a property they now own and operate their business from.

Beyond her knowledge, Stacie has trusted me with many of her buyers and sellers over the years. Somewhere along the way, our professional relationship turned into a true friendship. We've traveled together, celebrated together, and become like family.
