Mon Ami acquired this 25,274 sq. ft commercial retail flex building with a 1.41-acre parking lot in Louisville, KY for $5,027,510 in early Q1 2025. The property is fully leased to , an online pet food and pet-related products retailer, and was purchased at an above market 10% cap rate.

This was Chewy’s first call center and is one of their flagship locations housing over 300 agents.

🏡A neighborhood’s desirability and property values are directly tied to the strength and engagement of its residents. Volunteering is more than just giving your time; it’s about building stronger communities by building trust, credibility, and making a tangible difference.

Last week, the team headed to the to support the Starbucks project. The mission was simple: get food to the neighbors who need it most.

Amongst 50 volunteers, 5,000lbs of food was repacked, enough for 4,000 families!

It was a productive morning, putting in the work to help move the needle for our community.
