Oh this sweet, sweet family! They were searching for a home that could comfortably fit all of their little loves, and we found the perfect one just a few blocks from family.

We went under contract… and literally ONE day later, their newest baby made her grand entrance. Talk about a life-changing week!! 🥹

My clients officially closed on their dream condo, and the best part? They didn’t win it at first. In a market where homes are going over asking with multiple offers (sometimes $100K+ over 😳), staying patient is sooooo important you guys!!

We’re seeing a lot of “cold feet” lately once buyers get under contract, not because the homes aren’t great, but because the numbers (and regrets) get big fast, and unexpected issues pop up along the way.

So if you’ve been losing out in multiple offers… don’t give up. Sometimes the call comes back around when you least expect it.

So grateful these two stayed patient and stuck to their price. It paid off with instant equity with this gorgeous new home!
