Orthopedic care is expanding in Tomball TX! 🚧 🏥 The 17,452 SF medical office building — located at 11520 Northpointe Blvd, adjacent to Legent North Houston Surgical Hospital — is now under construction. In partnership with Advanced Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine (AOSM), a division of OrthoLoneStar, AOSM will relocate its clinic into this built-to-suit facility offering orthopedic, physical therapy, and imaging services.

Development partners include architect XA Collective, civil engineer UP Engineering, and general contractor Rogers-O'Brien Construction.

Exciting update: The Georgia Urology Fayetteville Medical Center is now officially enclosed! The 20,213 SF facility, near Piedmont Fayette Hospital, will feature a 10,800 SF ASC with 2 ORs and 2 procedure rooms + 9,400 SF clinic with 27 exam rooms. Set for completion in May 2025, this project is designed to streamline care for a growing patient base.

Say hello to the newly completed UCHealth Green Valley Ranch Medical Center. Located in one of northeast Denver’s fastest-growing neighborhoods, this 12,170 SF medical office building will offer urgent care, primary care, imaging, and physical therapy services. Slated to open this spring, the facility will bring much needed outpatient services in a prominent location to the GVR community.

Thank you to our architect Davis Partnership Architects, civil engineer Kimley-Horn, and general contractor Howell Construction for seeing this project to the finish line.

Topping out marks a significant milestone in the life of a building, and the Centra Langhorne Medical Center in Lynchburg, VA is no exception. This ceremony honors the skill, dedication, and unyielding focus on safety demonstrated by the tradespeople shaping this project. We recently joined forces with Robins & Morton, Centra, Haskell, and Hurt & Proffitt, Inc. to commemorate this achievement, and we thank Robins & Morton and Centra Health for organizing an event that truly reflected the collaboration and dedication behind this milestone. Together, we’re setting the stage for a facility that will support comprehensive medical care for the community.

Fun fact: In topping out ceremonies, the final steel beam is often adorned with an American flag and an evergreen tree to symbolize good luck, prosperity, and pride in the completed structure’s future.
