Couple weeks late on this one. But couldn’t be more excited for my clients who closed on this stunning condo in River North. Spacious, bright and inviting.

So excited to see what they do with the place and making tons of memories here.

So excited for my clients who are under contract on this spacious condo in River North. We began the process about 3-4 months ago to give ourselves time to find the right place and line it up with the ending of their current lease.

So excited to get this one to the closing table and see how my clients make it their own!

Congrats to my clients for going under contract on this stunning River North Condo. In the heart of the city it’s rare you find a condo with a lot of space but that’s exactly what this unit has to offer.

We bounced back and forth between renting for one more year and buying next year. But we talked through it and decided it made most sense to pull the trigger and buy.

I’m so excited for my clients to get into their new home and make it their own.

It was a meticulous search but we made sure we got the home that satisfied the most wants/needs.  After owning and renting in Chicago for a few years, my clients were finally ready to make the move out to the suburbs to enjoy some more land and tranquility.  It was a long road but everyone goes at their own pace to fit their wants and needs!  ———  Thinking about making a move? Just closed this place for my seller clients! My clients bought this place in 2005, lived in it for 6 years and then decided to become landlords and make some money afterwards by renting it out all these years.

There’s so much freedom that comes once you own a property and so many options you have. My clients are selling this and going to look into their next adventure.

Excited for the new owners that get to call this place home. And look forward to seeing what the next property my clients choose to invest in.

Under Contract for my clients! We looked all over the Chicagoland area to find the home of their dreams and we found it!

Whenever people ask “how long does it take to find a place?” I’m often giving the cop out answer of it could take 1 day or 6 months. Sometimes I go out with clients and within the first day or 2 of showings they found something they like. In other cases we can meticulously look for weeks/months at a time. It just depends.

Going to be starting something a little different every Wednesday. I’ve gotten a lot of people who said “I love your motivational monday posts but can you also post something a little more realistic in the meantime for first time homebuyers”

I think that’s a great idea and every Wednesday I’ll post a house or condo that’s a little more “realistic”.
