This room is very special to me. It was the first room I walked into during our first showing, and the leaded glass windows completely did me in. I painted this room myself (Upward by ) while the rest of the first floor was a complete disaster under construction.

I’ve iterated more than a time or two (sorry, Brian😬), but I finally feel like I achieved the look I was going for: classic, layered, timeless, but FUN. It’s filled with my favorite colors and fabrics, and I think that’s what a room should be. It’s the first place I go in the morning (if my baby doesn’t wake me up first!), with a cup of coffee and whatever book is sitting on our ottoman.

Rookie of the year award goes to my sweet, silly, 9 mo bebe who has come along for more real estate appointments than I ever could have imagined. We have the best childcare setup in the world but this business is unpredictable and often means nights and weekends and we’re just figuring it out as we go!! Grateful for a career that gives me flexibility and mostly for this little guy who has gotten so used to napping on the go 🙃

This kitchen was never meant to be grand.
Just a sweet, hardworking space tucked inside our 1928 Tudor. Instead of changing the footprint, we made small but meaningful updates—taller cabinets, better storage, a little more function without losing the cozy cottage charm I fell in love with.

It’s very Nancy Meyers in spirit—warm, inviting, a little imperfect. These days it’s covered in crumbs and fingerprints, and honestly, that feels right. Not big, not small—just the heart of our home. ♥️
