I’m thrilled to announce that I made the sales leaderboard at Fulton Grace Realty for January 2025. I was #10 in sales out of over 400 agents. That puts me in the top 3%!

I really do love working with buyers and sellers. Being able to make a living and to be recognized for my accomplishments is great, but getting to know my clients and to help them accomplish their housing goals means even more to me.

I’m eternally grateful to my clients, my attorney and lender collaborators and my communities here on Facebook and on Reddit.

I’m hoping to help many more clients buy and sell this year- do not hesitate to reach out if you may be in need of an agent in Chicago.

I think about this iconic Lady Gaga quote a lot. Real estate often feels similar- a lot of things happen in succession and a Realtor just keeps going. Not quite as glamorous as a pop star though :).

At the end of the day, it's all worth it to see my clients accomplish their housing goals.

It may be cold outside, but the real estate market is heating up in Chicago!

I'm keeping busy with multiple closings this month. My client is thrilled with their new Edgewater condo, steps from Hollywood Beach.

We lucked out with a renovated 1-bedroom unit in a building with low HOA dues and we were able to secure the condo at a very competitive purchase price.

I love that we have affordable homes like this here in Chicago. We really have options for all sorts of budgets and situations.

The spring market will be starting very soon, and I'm really excited about it. I'd love to connect with anyone looking to change their housing situation this year. Let's make it happen!

Hi all!

I've noticed that I've been getting some page views. Thanks for stopping by!

I'll admit, I haven't been much of a social media person in recent history. I'm going to try and be better at that!

We are well into our busy season for real estate and I've been working on many amazing projects with some incredible clients and collaborators.

Here are some highlights of what I've been working on in the past 4-6 weeks or so:

-I had some wonderful out-of-state clients purchase an incredible new construction condo in Edgewater. This place is seriously stunning and I'm so glad I was able to be a part of the process.
-I've been doing some prep work for a sales listing in Lakeview that will be listed in March. Can't wait for this one to go live in the spring!
-I've had multiple buyer consultations recently. I love initial buyer consultations- starting a home-buying journey can be so exciting!
- It's prime time for rentals! I've been working with renters quite a bit, mostly on the North Side, in Evanston, and in the South Loop.
-I've rented more apartments than any other broker with Shepherd Property Management in Lakeview, including many at their flagship location, Dayton Court Apartments. I've been their top outside broker for a few years now and I'm looking forward to doing many more rentals with them this season.
-I don't only work with tenants for rentals. I love to work with landlords too! I have a rental listing on the market in the South Loop, and I have one in Lakeview that's going live within the next few days. I have some more landlord consultations within the next week as well for future rental listings.
-I've been assisting a colleague with a large rental project at 541 W Oakdale in Lakeview. I consider myself an expert in Lakeview rentals and I'm happy to share my knowledge and at any time to help others and get units rented.
-It's summer in Chicago, so it's also super important to enjoy everything the city has to offer while the weather is great! I've been enjoying going to festivals, dining out on patios and rooftops and going for walks with my Chihuahua mix, Winnie.

As you can see above, I am actively working with buyers, sellers, renters, and landlords here in Chicago. I'd love to talk with anyone in need of real estate assistance at any time. My DMs are always open and I'm very responsive to phone, text, and email as well. Always ready to help if and/when needed!

So excited to finally be sharing this news:

I have officially switched brokerages and am now a member of the Fulton Grace Realty team!

This has given me access to a lot more rental inventory than before, and I now have access to many more tools to assist my clients with their housing searches and transactions. I'm looking forward to helping many more people with their real estate needs.

Please let me know if anyone needs assistance with buying/selling/renting property in Chicago!

(On a side note, this means that I'll be in Wicker Park 1-3 times a week for the next 2 months or so and periodically after that. Currently accepting restaurant recommendations.)

Downtown Chicago can be very different than the other areas of the city buying and selling- you have to look at the buildings and criteria with a different lens than in other parts of town. I am fortunate enough to have experience working with real estate in many different parts of Chicago. With these clients, we really looked at what they could get downtown vs what they could get with a longer commute in other areas. At the end of the day, the desire to walk to work won out, and I helped them get this awesome condo right in the middle of the action!

What an unique house and it’s in IL! My dog loves to look out the window so I don’t think it would work for us. I bet it’s quite warm in the winter.

A home in suburban Illinois, which is almost entirely underground, sold last week after being on the market for just nine days.
