Happy Thanksgiving to everyone from LookingGlass!!
Usually we like to post what is wrong with a property but today we wanted to point out something that is right and to be thankful for!! Beautiful kick out flashing that extends ( appropriately) beyond the wall on the dormer for this property that I passed by in a morning walk. Keep diverting water away from joints of a house. Three cheers!!!

Every 3-4 months you should change your air-filter on your gas forced furnace. This is also a big reason for energy savings and furnace longevity as well. The blower motor has to work harder when it is dirty. The more you make it work harder is the need for more current thus… more electricity!! Did you know if your filter is clogged most A/C systems will not work….blam!!!omg!!
