We’re giving a huge shout-out to Stream Realty Partners and the tenants at 6300 N. River Road for their incredible heart this holiday season.

Stream hosted a pair of wonderful events that did more than just spread holiday cheer. First, they brought our tenant community together for a festive "Cocoa & Cookies" social. Then, building on that spirit of togetherness, they also organized a gift drive to support the Salvation Army’s Angel Tree program right here in Des Plaines.

Thanks to the efforts of the Stream team and our generous tenants, 25 local children and seniors will have a brighter Christmas morning this year. 🎁

Welcome to 134 Long Road, BMarko Structures! 🏗️

"How can architecture encourage resilience?"

That's the question posed by the exhibition Living With / Vivre Avec, coming to Chicago on November 8.

Developers must be able to find value in what was once considered useless or obsolete, giving life to outdated buildings and infrastructure.

1308 N Elston: This former light-fixture factory has been transformed into a top-tier working environment.

8522 Lafayette: A formerly neglected manufacturing plant now reimagined as a charter school serving multiple Chicago school districts.

Prairie Shores: Originally built to meet workforce housing needs in the 1950s and 1960s, it's now been renovated and expanded with a new community hub designed for the needs of our tenants.

The exhibition examines how architecture can help sustain life in a world of instability—something we understand and strive to make meaningful change with.

One of the country's most historically significant communities lives in Chicago's South Side.

The community is Bronzeville, and it's a collection of neighborhoods that call Chicago home.

During the Great Migration, it became a cultural and economic center known as the "Black Metropolis."

Home to properties like Prairie Shores—housing built as part of a growing workforce in the 50s and 60s—Farpoint and our partners added to the property with the addition of The Hub, a third space to fit modern community needs.

One day, Bronzeville will also be home to our Bronzeville Lakefront development. This project will honor Bronzeville's rich legacy while creating opportunities for innovation, healthy living, and economic growth.

Today, Bronzeville is more alive than ever before with galleries, street art, architecture, and annual events, such as Bronzeville Summer Nights.
