We were so excited to help our sellers get their beautiful home listed and under contract during a window when they were traveling, allowing the process to be as seamless and minimally disruptive as possible.

The Going Beyond Group is committed to meeting our clients where they are and making sure they feel supported every step of the way. Whatever they need to move forward confidently and quickly, we’ll show up and make it happen!

These buyers needed someone who could show up fast, and I drove out to Lombard to meet with them with about as much notice as the drive time. They also didn’t have easy access to a computer, so we met, and I hand-wrote our offer and we signed everything together in person.

All of our effort paid off, and they won in a multiple-offer situation and now get to call this house their new home. So happy for them!

Congratulations to our buyers on their beautiful new home. They’re already jumping into a few smart updates to make the place their own, and it’s exciting to see it come together!

Buying and selling at the same time takes a lot of coordination, especially when you’re trying to line up the timing just right.
