I just released my third ebook.
This one focuses on the growing tension between housing costs and income stability in the United States—something many households are experiencing but don’t always have language for.
What I’ve learned through writing and working with people in real estate is that the issue isn’t just financial—it’s structural. And it shows up in everyday decisions: where people live, how they budget, and what they’re forced to accept.
I wrote this to contribute to that broader conversation in a clear, grounded way.
