2025 Halloween was a success (once Lena decided she was actually going to let me put on her fairy "butterfly" outfit 😅). Fairy-Lena & her accomplice Tigger, their Moon-Elf Mama, & everyday-Dada reached level 98 stealth collecting much candy loot with bff's, in the spooky land of Tega cay.
Now, to turn all these lolly pops into potty training success? 🤔😅

Hey. Hi 👋🏼 It's me, Becca (Realtor hat on)💁🏼‍♀️
Amidst all the recent baby & health challenges, & family chaos, The Journey That Brings You Home remains a favorite and constant daily part of my life and identity.
So, guess what, I'm here to tell you another story ☺️🫶🏼🏡:

This fun couple was sent to me as a connection from another Realtor not as frequently in the SC areas that these buyers wanted to search in. The agent wanted to make sure they had a stellar experience, like one they would provide, so they had us connect.

I'm so grateful they did! We had such a fun time together procuring this property.
We looked all around Rock Hill, Fort Mill, and some in South Charlotte. A garage, more space, open concept, and good schools were all musts.
At first some houses seemed intriguing, but we eventually came across this cute cute Fort Mill townhome, and they knew it was THE ONE!
The location couldn't be beat, with perfect central access to Fort Mill/Rock Hill, plenty of amenities, & the property just had a lovely aesthetic to it 🌿
We accomplished closing costs paid by seller, repair requests were negotiated and granted, & we closed well under asking price ✔️✅✔️

All in all, this one was a big win for this beautiful family, also expecting their first baby in the New Year. They will now have time to settle in and make their new home an inviting space to bring their new baby into 🫶🏼

Beyond excited to experience all the "winter" activities at WWC this year.. making the colder weather more tolerable for me, and shifting my soul into the holiday feels. 🌲🥶
They've added many magical experiences over the years, this year they've especially focused on children, dogs, and providing a rustic touch 🫶🏼🪵🔥
