Over the past few months, I’ve had a lot of deeper conversations with clients about financing.

So I got licensed as a home loan originator.
Not because I needed another title, but because financing plays such a huge role in buying and selling, and I never want to give surface-level advice when it comes to something this important.

For my clients, that means better strategy, clearer options, and fewer surprises.
