Market changes are happening‼️...take a look at the cities seeing price cuts on listings....this does not equal lower housing prices overall. It just means the price was lowered from the original listing price. But this is still an indication that may give buyers some hope with rising housing prices.

It is an indication that prices in some areas are not still climbing upwards. 🟰
