Truly a teamwork makes the dream work kind of closing 🤍
My seller was out of state and hadn’t seen her home in nearly 20 years. We needed to sell it seamlessly from afar and we did just that. Just closed on this gorgeous single-family home in Hazel Crest ✨

My client was on a very strict timeline with his lease ending in February, and we started this journey right as winter kicked off around Thanksgiving. Even in a slower winter market, we stayed strategic and got it done.
