Just closed on this gorgeous single-family home in Hazel Crest ✨

My client was on a very strict timeline with his lease ending in February, and we started this journey right as winter kicked off around Thanksgiving. Even in a slower winter market, we stayed strategic and got it done.

Not only did we secure the home, but I also negotiated $13,000 off the asking price plus closing cost credits, helping him save significantly at the table.
