Home buying tip: Create a list!

Your list should include your needs, your non-negotiables, and your nice-to-have items. This will allow you to narrow down your home search and make it easier for you to keep your budget in check.

For example, you would want to make sure that you have enough bedrooms for the size of your family. If you have an elderly with you, consider a one-story house for accessibility.

Nice-to-have items can be a pool or a den - they would look amazing in your home, but not absolutely necessary.

As a homebuyer, getting a mortgage pre-approval is one of the first steps you must do, and definitely an important part of the home selling process.

Getting pre-approved helps take the pressure off your home search as it allows you to know how much you can afford so you won't have to look at homes outside your price range. It also helps in managing your finances early in the process.

Today's tip! How about adding creative towel hooks in your bathroom?

This is especially helpful if your towel rack isn't big enough to hang the family's towels. Love how they have their initials on there representing each family member!
