The hunt for a place whether it’s an apartment or home can be frustrating and stressful. Working with Jess, Kendall, & Marqui had its share of ups & downs but I’m so grateful they trusted in me and didn’t lose faith.

Despite missing out on others, I was able to find them a great place with the space and price they desired. It doesn’t hurt to have Wrigley Field literally across the street.

Sometimes paths cross at the right time and that was absolutely the case with this deal. Hannah and her mom was in town seeing units as she prepares to move from Ohio to begin her teaching career here in Chicago. They only had a few weeks left and were stressed about finding the place that worked best for her!

After meeting them, I made it my mission to make sure they were able to apply before leaving back for Ohio that evening & we were able to make it happen! Hannah got the condo she wanted all along in the location she wanted to be in!

Being a realtor you wear many hats, in this case I wanted to ensure Hannah and her mom they were in good hands! I’m grateful we were able to close this deal and best of luck to Hannah as she begins her career as an educator!

It’s been six months since I’ve joined Baird and Warner, & while my journey has been filled with ups & downs. I’m grateful for all of the experience I’ve gained in such a short period of time.

Being a Realtor is more than a career, it has to become a lifestyle in order to unlock the full potential. I’m so excited to what the next six months has in store.

I hope this video can help any new Realtors or those considering entering the field. Don’t doubt yourself, push yourself!

It’s always an honor when a client is referred to me from a past client. I met Alex & Tucker a few months back, they heard about me from a dear friend of theirs who I helped find their place! After searching and seeing multiple places we were able to find the perfect coach house for them which gave them the space, privacy, & location they were looking for.

Alex & Tucker were both confused on what Coach houses actually were but I was able breakdown the pros of leasing a coach house and after seeing this unit we instantly knew this one took the cake! We got them applied & accepted within 24 hours!!
