Why I left the Miami Paradise and moved to the Windy City.. ​​​​​​​​

I have always loved living next a body of water, New York, LA, Miami and Chicago is no different. They share the coast with a lake that feels like an ocean. Where there is water there is a view and a skyline that follows. ​​​​​​​​
​​​​​​​​
It's also a city that is still growing in terms of real estate and has so much to offer. Beautiful architecture, attainable housing rates, great land, and great PPSF (Price Per Square Foot). ​​​​​​​​
​​​​​​​​
And of course the food is AMAZING! But really, having lived in major cities throughout my lifetime, Chicago still feels attainable to clients and ready to be conquered. Plus, it's fun to bring that Miami flare to the Windy City. ​​​​​​​​
