This weekly Vinyasa-style class will improve your flexibility and build your strength. Learn to deepen your body-mind-spirit connection by emphasizing the breath. All levels welcome.

Last week's harvest workshop not enough honey for you? All the buzz at Tela Bar is over the team’s latest creation: Oaxacan Bee’s Knees.

This new cocktail comes with two exciting twists. First, the drink is as local as it comes, made with honey harvested directly from our own beehives!

Second, this Bee’s Knees departs from the traditional recipe, containing gin, substituting it for mezcal and elderflower liqueur. Mezcal comes from the Oaxaca region of Mexico, nodding to Tela’s Latin American influences.

Head to the bar and try this true original for yourself. The bar is open on Tuesday through Thursday from 12:00pm to 6:00pm.

Join us in saying farewell and sharing best wishes to Adam Freund, our Property Operations Intern this summer! Of his first internship experience, Adam reflects, “I am fortunate to have worked in such a well-run property with a caring and outgoing team who have made my transition to real work life so enjoyable.”
The most important takeaway? “Learning to put myself out there and network and greet all building staff as if they were my close friends.” And any advice to a future intern? “Just always have an open mind and complete every task with all your effort. While this may seem cliché, it has proved effective for me this summer.”
