In celebration of , we’re proud to recognize our summer intern, Shannon Bleile! 👏

This summer, Shannon gained hands-on experience at Glenstar’s Chicago-area properties, working alongside our property management, engineering and operations teams while learning what it takes to create exceptional workplaces.

From building tours and sustainability initiatives to tenant engagement, office redevelopment and day-to-day property operations, Shannon embraced every opportunity to learn and grow. As she heads into her senior year at Western Carolina University, where she’s pursuing a triple major in finance, marketing and management, we’re excited to see where her future in commercial real estate takes her.

One of our favorite moments? After touring Presidents Plaza, Shannon described it as: “An all-inclusive resort, but for work.”

Carson’s Chicago Business shares the first look at renderings for Glenstar’s $25M transformation of 200 South Wacker, a river-to-roof experience inspired by hospitality, wellness, and its Chicago Riverfront setting.

The Harry Weese–designed tower will feature a dramatic new atrium lobby, vertically connected lounge spaces, a full-floor wellness destination overlooking the river, and a river-level golf club featuring two state-of-the-art simulators. Full delivery by the end of 2026.

Glenstar just acquired 126 acres of land located at the intersection of I-75 and Luckett Road in Ft. Myers, Florida. Set to break ground this spring, the site is planned for a best-in-class industrial park and will include five buildings totaling 800,000+ square feet. Delivery is anticipated for Q2 2023.
