Almost everything else I found dragging my husband to estate sales or some random fb marketplace meetup (iykyk). 😹 Very excited for this new chapter with our little Teddy Bear. 🧸

Beautiful, perfect angel Theodore Samuel Gilmour was born Tuesday, April 21st at 4:44am weighing in at 7 pounds and 20.5 inches long. After an eventful 30+ hours in labor, Teddy came out in only ten minutes of pushing. Suffice it to say, I was relived to be done. It such a wild time to be a parent in the world, and we are going to do our absolute best to mold a wonderful man. It’s a big responsibility to do this in today’s very interesting and unprecedented version of these United States. Thanks to all of our family and friends for your support during this huge transition. ❤️

I’m fashionably late to the party, but 2025 was a transformative year for my family and real estate career. I moved my business to the Lincoln Park Compass office (shoutout to the best sales manager and the best AEM .n.gunter), quietly started my own team Gilmour Group (speaking of, also changed my name, which took about 400 years), sold our Andersonville condo, bought a house in Evanston (in turn completing many home renovations), and assisted in rescuing 2 kitties helping them find their forever homes. Out of all of these things, probably the biggest life change was finding out my husband and I will be welcoming our first child this spring. Btw, I will be annoying the crap out of all of you with my notorious polls for decorating this nursery and figuring out how to raise my child. Finally, thank you to all of my clients for putting your trust in me to help you in your home-buying journeys.
