IMPORTANT VIRTUAL STAGING INFO! From:
Staging tip #1- Virtual Staging⠀
⠀
From time to time, I have a vacant unit or property to market and the topic of staging comes up. It can be hard for a prospective buyer/tenant to visualize the space and see what types of furniture could fit. Other times, photos of vacant properties are confusing and you cannot tell which rooms you're are looking at. While real staging is the gold standard, it isn't always a feasible option. In these cases, I love to use virtual staging to help set the scene and tell the story of the home. ⠀
⠀
My philosophy is that the photos are the first showing, and with a good impression, the buyer or renter will schedule a 2nd in-person viewing. So while photos don't sell the home, opportunities can be missed if the photography is not telling the best story possible. ⠀
⠀
Virtual staging can help. While the furniture isn't really in the unit when the buyer or tenant sees it in-person, they have a better sense of the space overall., and can imagine making it their home.⠀
