It’s difficult to embark in a new journey, especially into a new one. However, we need to understand that we don’t have to be perfect & we don’t need to know everything. The trick of the game is to take a leap of faith and start, then comes the growth. Aim to learn 1 new thing every day and see what happens in a year. Magic!

When it came to real estate we were very hesitant because we felt like we needed to know everything about everything. It took us a while to realize that we just needed to jump in and just learn as we go. That mindset shift led to the start of CasaRoyal. And although we have a long way to go, we get closer every day.

Adding square footage is one of the best ways to value to a property. When we saw this attic, we got excited. It was a beautiful blank canvas.

Then we got to work and turned this attic into a beautiful living space. We purposely added an extra bedroom which increased our ARV and our rents. A true win-win.
