She began several businesses including pastry catering and dog walking services that covered a myriad of Chicago neighborhoods and surrounding suburbs. This not only granted her the integral insight to neighborhood nuances but also honed her

entrepreneurial expertise and small business management. Irais then went on to ideate, manage and fine tune operational and tech systems for a local real estate investor. What an amazing way to end the year and start off the new year! We had a great month helping our landlord clients find the perfect tenants in the middle of the holiday season. Additionally, we have two multi family under contract and on their way to close. 2025 was full of many lessons but the biggest one was that hard work and persistence truly does pay off when you’re operating from a place of faith and service. We are ecstatic at This is IT in anticipation to what 2026 will bring, and we are looking for yet another year of opportunities to help our amazing clients.

Yesterday was one of the best days this year. It’s been kinda crazy lately but yesterday filled my heart so much that I am reminded of why I do what I do.

I had two closings with two separate buyers that I deeply admire.

Reyna, is so young but yet so wise. We have been working together for two years and toured over 50 properties all over the city, submitted over 11 offers and went under contract 3 times. The one we finally closed on could not have been more perfect for her, it has all the elements she was looking for. I cannot wait to see what incredible art she makes of her new home and investment property.

Speaking of art, Reyna is not only now a savvy imvestor but she’s an incredibly talented artist and was super thoughtful to gift me this painting of my sweet Weiner dog Brody. Literally made me cry🥹😭🫶🏽

My other buyer Toby is so courageous and smart. This is not his first rodeo but after experiencing the condo life for some time he took a leap of faith into small multi family and secured an amazing deal in the heart of Pilsen ❤️‍🔥. Keep an eye for the 2 bedroom 1 bath we have coming up this week! 👏🏽

Ended the night with cheddar biscuits and margaritas at Red Lobster to celebrate. BUT THE CHERRY ON TOP … 🍒 my nails got the most compliments they ever have. 👏🏽😮‍💨
