When I first moved to Chicago, the amenities in my building were a broken treadmill in a windowless basement and a rooftop of air conditioning condensers accessible only by fire escape. My client moving to the city for work will enjoy their new rental with an indoor pool, full gym, spa, and restaurants in the building a little more!
