My Client wished to remain anonymous, but for the sake of this post, we'll call him Em.
Em is what i would call the perfect example of the American dream. Em Started a small business that has now grown to over 50 employees. He knew exactly what he wanted in a home and trusted me to get it for him. It's not everyday a 5% down jumbo loan wins against multiple cash offers. It took a lot of luck and creative negotiations. But my client landed the home and closed with a small discount.
