I began at the CBOT in 1991 as a runner for LIT. I became a full member and stayed until the close of the Grain Room. As for me and countless others who have spent many years on the floor; transitioning to another career has been difficult. I am trying to utilize this group like the days of the Floor. The ultimate place to meet people with a common interest. To acquire contacts and build relationships. I am in search of any former traders, clerks, owners, managers, or hedgers who own multi-family properties throughout Chicago. I have buyers interested in expanding their portfolio. My job is to bring buyers and sellers together to agree upon a market price. There is no listing, brokerage, or commissions for sellers.
