CLOSED! 1427 N Dearborn St - I’m so excited to share that I’ve set two consecutive record sales in this building over the past two years! Flashback to 2023, when I sold the unit across the hall for the highest price ever in the building. The clients were so thrilled with the service I provided that when their old neighbors (now my sellers) decided to sell, they recommended reaching out to me.

Though they live in France, distance didn’t stop us! We sold their condo for a new record price in the building after just two buyer tours! I absolutely love this building, and I’m so grateful to have represented two of the eight unit owners here, breaking the sales record in consecutive years.
