A bubble bath, spa date and chocolate cake – that’s how I spell self-care. Just kidding, these days I’m all about limiting burnout and keeping things practical.

Here are 3 things I plan in my weekly schedule:

#1- I plan time for me, whether that's reading, relaxing, binging a show, flipping through TikTok, or playing the piano.

#2 -I make time for family fun.

#3 - I sleep an extra hour every weekend day so I can recharge.

When my clients sense my stability and confidence, they know they can trust me.

Remember that taking care of yourself is not all salt baths and pedicures…it's the habits, behaviors, and mindset you engage in every single day.

You have to care for yourself before you can care for others.
