November 2025-January 2026

These rentals had some of the easiest processes I’ve experienced, others with interesting stories of clients moving from other states, and one cutting it down to the wire, but emerging victorious!

Even during the slowest time for rentals with low inventory, I managed to help my clients find the right apartment for their next chapter.

Congratulations to my client Emily! She moved from warm Naples Florida, and despite this peek of what is sure to be a snowy winter, has decided to stay in Chicago!

It was so fun working with Tara and Vinny. When the building they were renting went up for sale, their 5 year plan sped up a bit and they needed to buy before their lease was up at the end of August. After much searching, they found this top floor, sunny condo that will be perfect for their future entertaining, plant thriving, reading in the cozy book nook, and tons of room and windows for their cat, Tony. This was a very joyful process, even during the stressful times!

This summer has flown by, and I was able to work with more renters than ever before to get some really unique places! From one unit having a bookshelf that opened up to a walk-in closet, and another being a warehouse turned into an 1800 sq ft loft space, these properties couldn’t be more diverse. And all in different neighborhoods, too!

June was sizzling, but my buyers kept cool, and now they’re home to enjoy the summers we’re known for! 2 out of the 3 came from out of state, and we went under contract from a FaceTime showing! Put your trust in me that I will have a discerning eye FOR you and help to find the right home.

This past year, the first word that comes to mind for me is HUSTLE. I had the pleasure of being a part of 66 transactions in 2024. SIXTY SIX! That is wild to even comprehend with only 52 weeks in a year. Since I’m not on a team in my company, it really does need to be mentioned that I wasn’t truly alone for all of these deals, as this wouldn’t be possible without collaboration with fellow colleagues for some of them. I am so grateful that they felt confident to have me join them to get the job done. I also had some repeat clients this year!
