Meet Derby

Derby likes:

Derby loves to be where the people are, and will sit in whatever room you are working or relaxing in. He loves his people, his loyalty is unmatched. He is a very expressive boy, don't let the sad eyes fool you! We love his companionship and desire to be by your side at all times. Derby is not food motivated, but loves freshly cooked chicken breast! He can be playful but is happy to chill when you need some R&R. He loves pets, especially his belly rubs and face scratches. He is the sweetest boy looking for someone to love him.

Derby has been taking behavior support medication to aid in his training goals, and has also been taking joint supplements.

Meet Birdie

Birdie likes:

Birdie is an extremely loyal dog who shows a ton of affection in her own goofy, loving way. She is smart, curious, and has the potential to for a very strong and lasting bond. She is super smart and loves learning new tricks, as she is very food motivated. Her favorite trick is to stand between your legs (with the cue "between"). She is very respectful of personal space (no licking!) but once she feels safe, she will sit in your lap for pets even though she doesn't fit at all. She can be a little slow to warm up but is so affectionate once she's comfortable. She loves her people and is getting a little cuddlier all the time! She loves playing catch or just chewing on a toy while you hold it. Her happy wiggling when you get home is the cutest! Visit One Tail at a Time.

One of my favorite buildings in the neighborhood has long been this 1/2 courtyard beauty right along the Chicago River. I was delighted to find a lovely 2-bedroom unit for my first-time buyer. More delightful was the fact that we were successful in crafting the perfect offer to beat out the competition - multiple offers including five offers with escalation clauses!
