This cutie came into our lives more than a decade ago from PAWS, one of Chicago's great shelters. Adopt - don't shop!

Meet Dale

This sweet boy is neutered and healthy! He is up to date on vaccines. He is still receiving the core puppy vaccine series and will need one additional vaccine after adoption to reach full immunization. He is also microchipped! Dale is a growing boy (he weighs 47 lbs.) and has not yet reached his adult weight.

💧: Working on housebreaking - He is still developing potty-training skills and will need frequent outings and patience as he works on this!

🏠 : Crate Training - He has not been left at home alone much yet in his foster home, and will need to keep working on this!

🚶: Leash walking - He is learning how to walk politely on a leash with guidance and practice.

🐶: Dog-friendly - Yes! He enjoys the company of other dogs and has done well with a variety of canine friends.

😺: Cat-friendly - Not sure, he hasn't met cats with us yet! Slow intro required if adopted into a home with a cat.

🧒 Kid-friendly: He has done well with kids! He's been sweet, social and polite.

Dale is a big, sweet baby who is very adaptable and loving. He loves to snuggle, and has been enjoying sharing his foster home with other dogs. He is eager to please and always happy to be with his person, and makes the best little sidekick. As a growing pup, he'd love a home where he will get plenty of opportunity to learn, play, and explore as he matures!
