Q4 is here and we have work to do. 🏡

I’ve had several homebuyer consultations this week, and the same comment kept coming up:

“I don’t know if this is the best time for me.”

My response is always the same:

Make the move when you’re ready.

I can’t think of many situations in life where making a reactionary decision is the best strategy. The people who are most successful usually prepare first and move when the timing makes sense for them.

Treat the housing market the same way.

Don’t wait until someone tells you it’s the “perfect” time to buy. By then, the opportunity may have already passed. Instead, learn your options, understand your buying power, and create a plan so you’re ready when the right opportunity comes along.

Homeownership isn’t about timing the market. It’s about timing your life.

This and 🍸… nothing beats a GNO.

I used to underestimate how important relationships really are.

Now I understand who you’re around will either elevate you or keep you the same.

The past few years brought me women who inspire me, challenge me, and hold me accountable.

Last year was for building. Quiet. Intentional.

This year? We’re outside.
Handling business, booking flights, and enjoying what we’ve built.

✨32✨ And this year, my birthday looked exactly how it was supposed to.

A solo trip to Thailand starting in Phuket and ending in Bangkok.

I’ve always valued solo travel.
It’s one of the few times you get to fully unplug, reset, and reconnect with yourself—without outside noise.

New culture. New language. New perspective.
Even if it’s just for a moment, it changes you.

This trip wasn’t about doing the most.
It was about doing what was necessary.

I’ve been listening to talk about “the work”
and realizing it can either work for you, on you… or against you.

If I’m honest? It was doing a mix
And that meant it was time to pause.

Reset. Refocus. Realign.

And in that space, I experienced more clarity and growth than I have in a while.

At 32, I’m not just working hard -I’m working smarter, so I can move with peace, intention, and clarity.
