Huge congratulations to my clients Norman & Jessica who this past Friday closed on the sale of their dream home. Every home purchase or sale has a very unique story behind it. This one was an example of two resilient human beings who worked very hard and stayed focused throughout the entire process.

This was the home they originally wanted but at first the sellers were not willing to negotiate with us because they just had a deal fall apart on this home 3 days before the closing. It completely ripped apart their plans to move to Florida. So we moved on. We went under contract on another home and after some inspection issues we ended up killing the deal. The moment the buyers decided to not move forward with current deal the listing agent text me that the sellers were ready and willing to negotiate. Buyers were ecstatic! We ended up getting the home at a lower price plus $8,500 in closing credits from the sellers. Talk about what’s meant to be will be!
