I am undeniably loves helping people and making them smile. I have a passion for the real estate business, staying active and disciplined in all that I do. I grew up in Bulgaria where I accomplished some pretty exemplary things. From an early age, my first dream was to play basketball. I went on to become a professional player starter at Levski - Sofia, and after that a basketball coach for 16

years. My love for competition and being the best at all I do it played well in my real estate career. In Bulgaria I worked for over 5 years in the country’s largest company Address Real Estate. My second dream was achieved when I moved from Bulgaria 10 years ago and settled in Chicago. I started as a cab driver in downtown Chicago, where I invented the first and the only “CabPool Karaoke”, with a lot of success. Soon after I saved enough money to buy my first investment property allowing me to grow a great foundation from there. I'm excited to help both buyers and sellers accomplish all of your real estate dreams. I'm very knowledgable, attentive, determined and always on time for my meetings. My biggest advantage is knowing each and every street and neighborhood in Chicago as well as its surrounding suburbs.
