Molly became a real estate broker eight years ago, having bought and sold
four of her own homes, and always having enjoyed looking at homes and
visualizing possibilities. She brought 30 years of past career success in
nonprofit external relations (communications and fundraising) and
earlier in social work, to real estate. From Chapin Hall to the Divinity School to the Shriver Center on Poverty
Law
as Vice President of External Affairs, her experiences have
benefited real estate clients, who describe her as an excellent
communicator, thorough, resourceful and calm. Clients trust Molly to
achieve the best possible deal and to provide a positive experience. Analytical skills, market knowledge, negotiating savvy, and the delight of
working with people equip her to serve clients and their buying and
selling needs. Molly grew up in Lake Forest, Illinois, and over the years, enjoyed living in
Manhattan, Atlanta, rural South Carolina, Italy and France. She now lives in
South Kenwood, which with its neighbor to the south, Hyde Park, she
believes to be the City’s prettiest, most livable neighborhood. Molly loves Chicago and the vibrancy of the people, the arts, the culture, as
well as the distinct nuances of each neighborhood. from
the City University of New York and completed a Master's in Public
Policy/Political Science at the University of Illinois at Chicago. Molly stands ready to help you explore the Chicago real estate market and
