I have been told I can talk to anyone, a skill that I attribute to growing up in Rushville, Indiana, a small Midwestern town with a strong sense of community. These core values are at the heart of my life and career. When I went to school for interior design and marketing, Real estate was not on my radar. And yet, my training in both areas proved invaluable when I left the corporate world where I
worked in both property and asset management for the opportunity to help people buy and sell homes. With 16+ years’ experience, more than $150 million in residential sales, and a loyal following of past clients, I am confident I made the right decision. I truly have a passion for real estate to the point where it does not feel like work. I am a strong negotiator, excellent communicator, and do my best to stay highly organized. Because I bring together a deep knowledge of the market, an analytical approach, and empathy, my clients can relax, confident that I have their back. I have been told that I have the “patience of a saint,” although I am also very efficient with my clients’ time. To elevate the quality of the home buying and selling experience, I founded the Neil Hackler Group. My goal is to collaborate with likeminded professional advisors, confident in the knowledge that together, we can provide a smooth, highly customized experience for our clients, and raise the bar in our industry. We have experience in all areas of the new construction and resale residential market, as well as experience with investors, short sales, and REO properties. When I am not working, I enjoy running, swimming, trying new restaurants, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
