How? Inspect your heating system and schedule any maintenance you may need, seal any cracks or gaps around your windows and doors, and lastly, schedule your chimney cleaning. 🧹

Believe me, you don't want it being cold, and THEN you realize you have issues. 🙃

Our first tour through ended with us making an offer to the seller and negotiating until we were able to make everyone happy. 😊

Did you know that when you search for homes on Zenlist, you not only get access to homes on the private network, but you are also able to see where a house is contingency-wise? 👀

While you might not always be able to make an offer on a contingent home, it can be helpful to know if the home is still in an early phase contingency-wise. Why? You might be able to watch homes that haven't gotten past the inspection stage and may fall through. Each stage it progresses to, it becomes less likely to fall through. 🤔

With this market, as a buyer, you don't want to exclude any house that may be a possibility. 🏠

This one is extra special as it is my husband Jim's grandmother's house. There are a lot of great memories here, and we hope that the new owners are able to have their own special memories created here. 😊
