Hello and Happy 2026! As of today, February 13, 2026, all of the units in the NPP portfolio are rented. There’s a possibility that a studio may open up in May or June, in The Brewster Building. As soon as I know of a vacancy, I’ll post it HERE on this FB page. Thanks for visiting my page!

Located at the corner of Pine Grove and Diversey, the Brewster is only steps away from the Lincoln Park Zoo, the lake jogging/biking path, and the Diversey Golf driving range. Tenant pays electric and wifi only. Street parking is tough, but this location is close to many public trans options. Laundry on site. Doorman and bike room. Rent is $1250 per month, security deposit is $800. Move In/Out and orientation fees are $625.

The Brewster Building was featured on the 5/7/25 episode of Chicago Fire! A registered Chicago Landmark, there is no mistaking this architectural wonder.
