The median sale price has dipped to $407,000, marking a 15.21% decrease YoY.

Homes sold have increased by 21.57% YoY, with 62 properties changing hands.

New listings are up by 41.67% YoY, with 85 new properties hitting the market.

Median days on market is just 16 days, down 11.11% YoY.
