Here's what you can expect getting started. ​​​​​​​​

1. I ask that you fill out my buyer questionnaire, this gives me some idea about your goals, likes, dislikes and timelines. ​​​​​​​​
​​​​​​​​
2. We have our first 1 on 1 meeting- we go into your wants and needs with a little more detail and put a game plan together that makes sense for YOU.​​​​​​​​
​​​​​​​​
3. We schedule our first day out- touring homes. This is meant to be FUN! You tell me what you like, what you don't like, we walk through your monthly cost estimates of each home and after you have a chance to digest it all, we make any tweaks or changes to your search and that is when I also start targeting some off market properties. ​​​​​​​​
​​​​​​​​

The real estate market may be crazy, but even today it remains true. If it is meant to be, it will be. I never want my clients to get swept up in the adrenaline rush of multiple offers.
