Sold! This special home was so fun to sell….I had the opportunity to work with my clients for the third time this year. They needed more space for their growing family, but love the city too much to leave so it was! UNDER CONTRACT!
Part of our jobs is making sure that we capture our clients homes in their best light. Our clients have a baby and were a tad overwhelmed by the thought of preparing their homes for sale so we simply asked to get in for a few hours and take care of things. With their permission of course, we moved some things around, highlighted this homes best features, and promised that by doing so we would reduce market time. We managed to get through one weekend of showings, received multiple offers, and got the property under contract with very little hassle to our clients.

We know how stressful moving can be, let alone selling or purchasing a new home and we take a lot of pride in doing everything we can to keep the process seamless.

SOLD! Our clients faced so many challenges before they ended up in our hands. They were at their wits end and almost gave up. They couldn’t find a lender to qualify them, they couldn’t find an agent to treat them with care and proper guidance, and had multiple deals fall through the cracks.

As many of you know, the multi unit market is insanely competitive right now and a monster in and of its own. We listened to our clients goals and found them a perfect two unit building in Des Plaines. We managed to outbid multiple offers with an FHA loan and once again, communicate to the sellers how committed we were to the sale. It took some time to get to the closing table, but we succeeded and now our clients have a lovely home and rental income to cover a huge portion of their mortgage!
