1. Prepping for sale - do we need to declutter? Paint? Rearrange furniture? 🛋️

2. Marketing strategy - professional photography is key to having strong online exposure!

3. Pricing strategy - ensure your home is competively priced to avoid wasting market time

4. Open houses and accompanying showings - I love to be present to highlight the space and possibility for buyers

5. Managing the process - hire a realtor you know will advocate for you and stay on top of deadlines and stay on top of deadlines for a successful transaction! 🤝
