I delayed posting this success story. While it was indeed a success, it was quite bittersweet. Barely a year prior, I assisted clients (turned friends) in buying this home. Just over a year later, they approached me needing to sell — a thrilling opportunity in a faraway land necessitated a sale. And so we did — at a profit of nearly 7%, too!

A lot of upfront work & strategy paid off in spades! This Listing went Under Contract (in a matter of days) back in March on the Private Network, and gave the Sellers valuable peace of mind in knowing they could finish out the school year without worrying about temporary housing, countless showings, Open Houses, etc. I always strive for win-win outcomes, and in this instance, the Buyer/Seller partnership couldn't have been better. Congratulations to the Sellers AND Buyers-- both parties got exactly what they wanted!

This home closed at the end of May, and marked the THIRD property I sold on Odell Ave (specifically, in Chicago's Norwood Park) this year! These clients were impressed with the work I did next door, and thanks to the kind recommendation by their neighbors, I was hired. Now we're on to their next investment property and I'm thrilled to represent them as Buyers!
