Block developed $200 million in complex, mixed-use and mixed-income projects in his former role as a development director for a national non-profit organization. Evergreen Real Estate Group takes the lead on the development of projects from the beginning of the
process with site selection through planning and zoning approvals, building design, financing, leasing
and property management. Evergreen is a responsible, involved partner in creating new and revitalized affordable housing. A great day at Linden House of Hobart!

Our Spring Cleaning event was a huge success, bringing residents together for an afternoon focused on wellness, independence, and community. A special thank you to Wellcare for sponsoring the event and providing essential supplies like laundry items, household cleaners, paper products, and more.

Wellcare’s supplies help ensure our residents can maintain a clean and healthy home.

Residents enjoyed interactive games like The Price is Right, sparking conversations around smart shopping and budgeting, followed by a fun round of Jeopardy centered on household upkeep and personal hygiene.

We’re proud to announce the completion of Rifle Apartments, a new 60 unit affordable housing community in Rifle, Colorado.

This marks the first family oriented affordable housing development of its kind in the area in over 20 years. It brings high quality, energy efficient homes to residents earning between 30% and 80% of the area median income.

Rifle Apartments reflects what is possible when strong public and private partnerships come together to create meaningful impact.
