The March market? Rising faster than the spring temperatures🔥 In March, we saw the Average Sale Price increase by about 9% while Average Days on Market shrunk by almost 20%. Sales volume and number of homes sold are both up significantly, signaling that the spring market is here, and buyers are aggressively buying to close the deals!
