Welcome to the West Suburban Building Owners Association!

We meet on a monthly basis to discuss topics pertaining to building owners and housing providers here in the Chicago suburbs. Our goal is to help you connect with like-minded individuals, stay up to date on industry hot topics, and to participate in resource sharing. We are a membership organization, but attending is free! We are centrally located to suburbs such as Berwyn, Oak Park, Forest Park, Elmwood Park, Lyons, Cicero, Stickney, Broadview, Bellwood, Hillside, Brookfield, La Grange and La Grange Park.

This month, we have Mark Ainley from GC Realty and Development and the Straight Up Chicago Investor's Podcast coming to speak once again. The topic for this month's meeting is leasing, and we will discuss tips to help you avoid any mistakes as you lease in 2024. Mark is an old friend of our meetup group, and we are so excited to have him!

Our clients just closed on this incredible value-add 6 unit deal in Berwyn! Not only did they walk into instant equity at closing, but they will be able to increase that equity even more through rehab and repairs. The seller's agent reached out to us directly about this one, due to our reputation of working with many multi-family buyers in the area. Several of us on the team own value-add multi-family property in Berwyn; we are able to be a continued resource to our clients after closing on the Berwyn compliance process, and rental strategy.
