Another buyer at the closing table before the new year! 🎉

To my buyers: Yes, rates are high. However, there are programs tailored for this market. The lender that my buyer used covered majority of her closing costs! She also got money from the seller, which lowered the amount she needed to bring to the closing table.

Don’t let what you hear about high rates deter you from getting the information needed to determine if YOU should purchase now or later (stop letting people project their fears onto you 😂💯).

Have to s/o my girl Aerial for closing on her first home!!! ❤️🥳😍. She has been a homeowner about a month now.

We were in negotiations for another house for a couple weeks and they just didn’t seem to be in our favor (and we DON’T SETTLE PERIOD 💁🏾‍♀️😂).

In the meantime, she found a house that had been sitting on the market over 200 days but in perfect condition and a much better fit!! 💎
